Rewards and claims

Use the Rewards page to review two independent balances:

• Partner Earnings: commission earned from confirmed Dexfy fees generated by valid referred traders.
• Trading Cashback: 10% of Dexfy's collected fee credited to an eligible referred trader.

Each balance shows pending, claimable, held, paid, reversed, and adjusted activity separately. Rewards normally settle after the existing two-minute settlement period when risk checks pass.

Rates

• A qualifying Launch Partner receives 40% of the post-cashback fee for 90 days.
• After that bonus, the plan rate applies: Free 30%, Pro 35%, or Premium 40%.
• Cashback is 10% of the gross Dexfy fee and remains available on future qualifying trades while the attribution and program terms remain active.

The rate, source, campaign version, cashback amount, and integer arithmetic are recorded on every event. Later plan changes do not rewrite history.

Claiming

Select a supported same-chain destination wallet and click Claim. Dexfy pays the same asset in which the service fee was collected; it does not swap rewards into another token. Partner and cashback claims share a 24-hour cooldown for each chain and token pair.

Network costs are separate. Claims can fail or remain pending if the payout reserve is insufficient, a destination is invalid, a chain is unavailable, or a reward is under review. Failed claims remain auditable and can be retried when the underlying issue is corrected.

Raw token calculations always round down. If a collected service fee is reversed, unclaimed rewards are reversed too. A reversal discovered after payout becomes a visible negative adjustment deducted from future rewards.

Keep in mind

• Rewards come only from successfully collected Dexfy fees, never from signup events.
• The 40% launch rate is time-limited; post-bonus referral share is plan-based.
• Rewards can be held for review on both sides of a suspicious attribution.
• A valid same-chain destination wallet is required.
• Abuse, self-referral patterns, shared-wallet abuse, reversed fees, or unusual telemetry can delay or cancel rewards.
