Honeypot, tax, liquidity, and wallet-limit checks

Learn the main Dexfy token risk signals and what they mean.

SignalWhat Dexfy checks
Honeypot behaviorWhether the token can be bought and sold through the selected DEX route.
Buy and sell taxObserved output compared with expected output, reported as buy and sell tax basis points.
Transfer taxWhether a token transfer loses value, including transfer-fee behavior where detectable.
LiquidityPool address, native liquidity value, and liquidity in USD when the engine can resolve it.
Max buy, max sell, max walletDetected amount limits and wallet-limit behavior where the chain and DEX route support probing.
Solana Token-2022 extensionsTransfer fee and transfer hook fields when available from the Solana token metadata.

What risk checks cannot promise

  • A token can change behavior after a check.
  • Liquidity can be removed or moved.
  • A route can be unsupported or temporarily unavailable.
  • A token can behave differently at a larger size than the simulated size.
  • Chain congestion can change gas, latency, and execution outcome.

Treat risk results as decision support, not a safety certificate.
