Wallet issues
Troubleshoot Dexfy wallet creation, import, balances, transfers, and removal.
Common wallet issues:
- Cannot create wallet: check plan wallet limits and rate limits.
- Import failed: confirm the private key or seed phrase format and the target chain.
- Balance missing: refresh balances and verify the chain.
- Transfer failed: confirm destination, amount, token, native gas balance, and MFA requirements.
- Cannot remove wallet: sensitive wallet actions can require MFA.
Never share a private key or seed phrase while asking for help.
