Funding and transfers are chain-specific. Always send assets to the correct chain and wallet address.
Funding checklist
- Confirm the destination wallet and chain.
- Send a small test transfer first.
- Confirm the transaction on the relevant explorer.
- Keep enough native asset for gas or priority fees.
- Only fund the amount needed for the strategy.
Transfer checklist
Use wallet transfers when moving funds between Dexfy wallets or out of Dexfy wallets. Review the source, destination, asset, amount, and fee before confirming.
Transfers are final
Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by Dexfy support. Verify the destination before sending.
